How to Organize STAY Concert Meetups

Attending a Stray Kids concert alone is incredible. Attending with a group of STAYs who match your energy? Absolutely life-changing. Our community has organized meetups for dozens of SKZ concerts worldwide, and we’ve learned what makes a concert meetup truly special.

Planning a Concert Meetup

Start planning early — ideally as soon as tour dates are announced. Create a thread in our Discord’s concert channel specifying the venue, date, and what you’re looking for (dinner before, meetup spot, group photo, after-party). You’ll be surprised how quickly other STAYs respond.

Designate a meeting point that’s easy to find near the venue. A specific coffee shop, landmark, or transit station works best. Set a time that accounts for people arriving from different distances. Most successful meetups gather 2-3 hours before doors open.

What to Bring

Concert meetup essentials: your lightstick (fully charged!), photocards to trade, any fan-made merch or freebies you want to distribute, comfortable shoes (you’ll be standing for hours), a portable charger, and your biggest smile. Many STAYs bring extras to share: homemade stickers, candy with SKZ member packaging, or printed fan art.

The Day-Of Experience

Meeting your online STAY friends in person for the first time is surreal and wonderful. The shared excitement of being at an SKZ concert dissolves any awkwardness instantly. Expect lots of screaming, hugging, trading photocards, and taking group photos with your lightsticks.

During the concert, being surrounded by friends amplifies every moment. Singing fan chants together, grabbing each other during emotional songs, and collectively losing your minds during encore hits creates memories you’ll reference for years.

After the Concert

Post-concert energy is unmatched. Many groups hit a Korean restaurant nearby to debrief: “Did you see Felix make eye contact with our section?” “Was that a new adlib in God’s Menu?” These conversations fuel friendships and create shared stories you’ll laugh about forever.

Document everything: take photos, save your ticket stub, write down your favorite moments while they’re fresh. Many STAY groups create shared Google Docs or albums after concerts to compile everyone’s photos and memories into one beautiful record.

Don’t wait for someone else to organize. If you see a tour date announced and nobody’s started a thread yet, be that person. Post in our Discord: “Any STAYs going to [venue] on [date]? Let’s meet up!” The community always responds enthusiastically to initiative.
